Purpose

Standardizes execution of construction projects (civil & electromechanical) in the UAE as per FIDIC, UAE-CS, and Kahramaa standards.

  1. Project Start
  • Initiated via Letter of Intent or client email.
  • Submit performance bond/advance payment guarantee.
  • Prepare complete project files within 24 hours.
  1. Team & Documents
  • Project Manager leads with clear scope and team roles.
  • Submit method statement, org chart, and conduct kick-off meetings.
  • Full review of BOQ, specs, and contract terms is mandatory.
  1. Communication & Coordination
  • Only Project Manager communicates with client/consultants.
  • Define roles, timing, and reporting clearly.
  • Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
  1. Execution & Oversight
  • Maintain daily site diaries.
  • Perform QA/QC checks and inspections.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure tool/material readiness.
  1. Site & Labor Management
  • Setup compliant site office with HSE standards.
  • Workers’ mobile use restricted; lunch/rest areas mandatory.
  • Overtime requires written pre-approval; records submitted next day.
  1. Safety & Quality
  • Assign HSE Officer to all projects.
  • Follow documented QA/QC plans.
  • NCRs issued for non-compliance.
  1. Procurement & Submissions
  • Review and approve submittals, material logs, drawings.
  • Coordinate with Procurement on vendors & subcontractors.
  • Submissions must meet all specification and approval requirements.

  • Weekly Action Monitoring Plan (AMP) tracks all project actions.
  • Saturday Engineering Meetings mandatory.

  • Submit monthly interim invoices by 30th; valuations by 25th.
